Dean Chia-Lin Tsao and his team, in collaboration with the “Return the Road to the People – Pedestrian Rights Promotion Association” and the Taoyuan Human-Centered Transportation Promotion Association, jointly promoted the project “Improving the Pedestrian Environment on Zhongbei Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City.”
This initiative has been shortlisted for the 2025 “Annual Influence Award” under CommonWealth Magazine’s Excellence in City Governance Awards.
