Planning and Design
Through the integration of knowledge systems and design courses, the design themes range from small to large scale, from parks and plazas to the planning and design of the natural environment and the living environment of cities, villages, communities and homes.
Professional Practice
Through observation, documentation, participation, proposal, feedback, and design, the course will take concrete actions to change the landscape.
Social Practice
We promote professional services of community building and social design through professionalism and dialogue with the land and community. Students and teachers go beyond the classroom to connect with life experiences and the community to “roll up their sleeves and do something together.
Land Transfer Teaching
“Design for the Environment” is a way to learn design in the environment. From the “environmental experience” in the mountains and the sea to the “global study” in multicultural exchange, students will be able to develop the ability of both local care and international vision.
全視地景
The teachers and students care about and value space, culture, community, and the realm of life, reading the landscape, experiencing it, and interpreting it through multiple perspectives.
